What this desk is

A generator for the statement you were going to post

Woke Slop is a statement generator in the US progressive-institutional register. It produces fictional posts, threads, and all-hands notes the way an associate dean of belonging, a community care lead, or a people-and-culture manager would write them: stacked jargon, lived experience as methodology, a land acknowledgment for the HVAC, a call to resource the Google Doc in writing.

Speak truth to power. Do the work, one virtue-signaling tweet at a time. Until the discourse is healed, the desk will keep naming the microwave, the DEI rollback, the gas stove, and the climate survey as if each one were a campus emergency with a Slack channel. Diversity is our strength. Homogeneity is a design choice.

This is not a real movement, university, HR shop, or nonprofit. It is the people's parody desk. Outputs are fictional. They are not testimony, not advice, and not a living person's speech. Generate, copy, post — the labor of how it lands is yours.

How the work gets done

Topic, intensity, persona, statement

  1. Optional topic: DEI rollbacks, trans care, Gaza, ICE, climate, or the office microwave. Leave it blank and the desk will pick a live issue.
  2. Six filters — Virtue Signaling, Sarcasm, Identity Focus, Moral Urgency, Jargon Density, Call-to-Action — from a listening posture to an all-hands community moment.
  3. Form: a single post, or a thread of two or three. AI threads spend one credit per post, max three.
  4. A fictional institutional persona is assigned at random: Westbridge belonging, Lumenwell People & Culture, The Praxis Collaborative, and the rest of the illustrated desk. Regenerate rerolls the voice and the text.

Example statements, printed in place

These are static publisher examples, not live generator output. Sit with the register before you touch a slider.

01 · Campus belonging

Topic · DEI rollbacks

Meredith Langford · Associate Dean of Belonging, Westbridge University

Holding space for a brief reflection on DEI rollbacks. This does not happen in a vacuum. A belonging office is not a perk; it is infrastructure. Silence around this is not neutrality. It is complicity. If our values mean anything, leadership will resource this in writing before the next climate survey. Something to sit with. #ProtectDEI #DoTheWork #LivedExperience

02 · Workplace commons

Topic · the office microwave

Ashley Bostwick · Senior Manager, People & Culture, Lumenwell Partners

Not to center myself, but my standpoint in People & Culture requires me to name the microwave. Unmarked fish is not a glitch. It is a design choice about whose comfort gets to occupy the commons. The impact, if not the intent, is an olfactory hierarchy nobody consented to. Do not ask the most impacted people on the floor to laminate another reminder for free. #KitchenJustice #EmotionalLabor #DoTheWork

03 · Climate catechism

Topic · climate change

Lauren Hennessey · Community Care Lead, The Praxis Collaborative

The planet is on fire and it is in the group chat. Climate change is not a debate. This is a boundary. Your thermostat is a manifesto. We will not be taking questions from people who still have a gas stove. Touch grass. Then apologize to the grass. Then post that you apologized. #ClimateJustice #LandBack #LivedExperience

Questions the desk already answered

What is the Woke Slop Generator?
Woke Slop is the people's parody desk for institutional statements. It writes the post, the thread, and the all-hands note in the register of belonging offices, people-and-culture shops, and campus climate coordinators. Optional topic. Required posture. Diversity is our strength.
How does a generation work?
Type a topic or leave it blank and let the desk choose. Six intensity sliders run from a polite university newsletter to High Inquisitor of Woke. There is no Off setting. Thoughtcrime starts at zero. Press Generate for an unlimited template statement, or Generate with AI to spend credits at the AI desk. Each statement arrives in a fictional institutional voice. Copy it. Sit with it. Do the work.
Why are the sliders never off?
A slider at zero is still a listening posture: equity lens, belonging, impact if not intent. A slider at ten is ceremonial, credentialed, and apocalyptic, still coherent English. The desk does not both-sides. Hot-button topics take the progressive stance. This is not a debate. This is a boundary.
Do I need an account or credits?
The free generator is unlimited. The AI desk is metered: one credit per post, threads up to three. Membership funds that desk. Guest statements live in your browser unless you make a permalink, which expires after about thirty days. Reports and feedback go to the steward, not the timeline.
